So cute!

Life is so exciting for me right now! Not only am I feeling great, but I’m staying very busy and productive with things I enjoy. My husband (and business partner) and I are happier than ever! Between balancing our business and lots of new clients, a few personal creative projects, a brand new business venture with HUGE potential, and preparing to meet our son in less than 4 months, I feel like I’m on top of the world!

As if that isn’t enough to be happy about, it’s March and I live in Florida and this is when our warm weather season begins. God has truly blessed us with many things! I am beyond excited for what the future holds! I’ve surrounded myself with people who inspire me and provide positive energy in my life which feels great!

It’s amazing how much life can change when you remove all that is negative…. So until the next time I have some news, here’s to 2012 and all of the amazing experiences to be had.

I am pretty sure this is going to be the best year of my life! Stay tuned and share in the journey :)

I think I’m going to start updating this blog more often. I have so many exciting things to write about…..

This week, I worked a promotion for “Hello, Friend,” in which we visited different senior centers in the community and distributed “gifts of friendship” (gift cards to Walgreens/CVS), on behalf of the secret client.

As someone who has previously worked in the health care industry with the elderly, I really enjoyed the experience! It’s so fun to sit with the people and listen to their amazing life stories. They have so much to teach us if we just listen. There was a sweet lady who turned 90 that day. She had a smile that could light up any room. There was another lady who reminded me of my grandma, so of course she made me smile. There was another lady who was telling us her story of living through the Spanish civil war. It really reminded me how much history is around us every day, if only we just pay attention. I really enjoyed hearing their stories and making them smile.

This week I will be doing another “Hello, Friend” promotion visiting children in the hospital. I can not describe the feeling I get by making other people smile. I love all the promotions I’ve done, but these are extra special. Knowing you made a difference in someone’s day is an incredible feeling.
